Mals - Form entries incomplete or invalid

I'm new to all this, although I have written a site in html with the cart through mals, I would dearly love to get cc up and running properly and swap it over but I have several problems.

I'm using cc 3.0.5, I haven't set up SSL as I'm not sure I need to if I'm going through mal's. When purchasing first time round, things work ok (I think), but if you go in again (I know customers don't usually do that, but for testing purposes I need to) it seems cc is not sending over the customer info to mals as I get the following error:

Form entries incomplete or invalid

There were the following problems with the data you have entered:

Please enter your Full name

Please enter your Address

Please enter your City

Please enter your Postal or ZIP code

Please enter your Country

Please enter your Telephone

Please enter your E-mail

Your e-mail address does not appear to be valid

use 4111111111111111 as card, 666 as cvc and 12/05 as date

Don't go to shelleym.co.uk to try any tests as that is the original site and is working.

Logging in and out again doesn't seem to clear the problem, although after a while it does seem to work again eventually.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
