Can't change language from drop down menu.

I just upgraged from version 3.0.5 to 3.0.6.

I have my default language set as English.

In the 3.0.5 version when I chose a different language from the drop down menu on the home page, it would display the various menu options in that language.

Since I have upgraded to 3.0.6, When I choose another language from the dropdown menu it stays at English and won't go to the selected langauge.

Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I would like visitors to be able to choose from the dropdown language list and have it activate.
