Probs with final stage of paying with PayPal

Hello,

Tried to order something with my own creditcard at my own shop.

And everytime when I enter the last step from payment completion i get this message :

Sorry, your order failed!

You can attempt to purchase your basket contents again below:

I opened a business account at PayPal, downloaded and uploaded the API document

But still not working

Even if I change from Live to Sandboxmode, the result is the same

(btw can anyone explain me the difference those 2???)

For as I know, I did everything that should make it work

I activated PayPal Direct payment and PayPal Express checkout

So, anyone with a solution for me???

I live in Belgium (Europe) and I use 3.0.6
