Cart stays on "Address" screen

Today I got my PayPal Pro certifcate and configured CC3, accordingly. I followed Cole's instructions to the T but I can't get past the "Address" screen of my cart.

This is what happens:

1. I select a product, add it to the basket.

2. I go to View Basket, it shows the added product. The Continue link shows "http://perujewels.com/store/cart.php?act=step3" as URL

3. When I click Continue, I am taken to the Address screen, where my invoice information is on the left, and to the right is the Delivery Info Form. The Continue link then shows "java script:submitDoc('cart');"

4. I keep looping back to the Address screen.

I can't figure out why is this happening and I can't find a forum topic that addresses this problem.

EDIT:

Ok, now I can go to Step 5, but only after setting the option: Allow dispatch to address other than invoice address? to No
