Guest aikdo Posted January 21, 2006 Share Posted January 21, 2006 robin what i belive he is asking to do is change the link in the admin page, my query is why as it sounds like your trying to re-brand the admin area by changing the logo and the link to elsewhere... basicaly if you want to change it though its in admin/includes/header.inc.php but i would be interested as to why you are altering the admin side it is aloud under the licence of cubecart as long as you are only making visual edits and not trying to re-brand it... Guest aikdo Posted January 21, 2006 Share Posted January 21, 2006 I understand you have bought the licence and that removes the cubecart copyrights from the front of the store removing to the general public that the store is infact a cubecart script, im afraid i cant give any more guidence as to how to change the link without looking into that file myself... Guest prashantgeorge Posted January 21, 2006 Share Posted January 21, 2006 Thank your for your help... i know that it wouldnt be fair on your part to provide this information.... i have found how to do it.... well 2 reasons i wanted to remove the logo an put mine... 1.) Since the site is for my client... i would want them to see their logo on the admin panel... 2.) when clicked on the logo i wanted it to be pointing to my company site as i dont want to disclose details on the shopping cart i have implemented... ... If am not mistaken the license i bought for it sure allows me to modify and change the logo coming in the admin panel just above the links to the right to any of my liking...
