Guest dagsky Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 So i've been pulling my hair out trying to get my shipping to work and to no avail!! http://www.tvhitshows.co.uk I've given all my products a weight of 1kg. In my zone 1 countries i've listed AU,NZ in zone 2 i've listed GB. In the shipping rates for zone 1 is 1:10,1:10. In zone 2 i've put 1:10. I have tripled checked that this is the only postage method enabled so there's no conflicts there. When you go checkout it shows a drop down box for postage but shows nothing in it!! Any ideas? Hi I hope by now that you have solved your problem, but just in case you havent can I point out a simple error that Brooky pointed out to me when I had this problem. When you enter the country codes enter them as letters eg. AU & NZ and not the country codes in numbers eg 123 or 456. Sounds simple but it kept me guessing for ages.
