I have a problem when international order transfered to paypal page to complete purchase. Example: Product price: 10 International Shipping: 40 When placing order everything ok: price = 10 ship = 40 Next when click "continue" and transfered to PayPal there is different situation: price: 10 ship: 5 (which is domestic rate) not international... ================================== In Administration Panel - Shipping. Per Category Configuration Settings Status: Enabled National Countries: US International Countries: AU,AT,BE,BR,...etc Excluded Countries: Tax Class: Tax Exempt ================================== My store has a categories and subcategories and I apply shipping in every single subcategory. I was trying to search forum but solution not found. Real customers from different countries report this error and I loose them....
