Customer Not Being Redirected To Digital File

This feature worked great on the previous version. I have upgraded to version 10 and now when a customer makes a digital purchase they are not being redirected to the digital file they paid for. Can anyone assist with this?

Also records are not being kept in the new version on Administrative sessions. That worked good in the other version too but not in version 10.
