If we cannot try it, do you have another good shopping cart to recommand ?That's an unusal problem but there are not sufficient details (e.g: browser, etc.) to attempt to duplicate the problem as the first step in fixing it. While waiting for help from someone with more diagnostic skills than I, take a look in your hosting control panel. I have tried with forefox and IE, i'm on a windows XP box. I think the problem occured during my registration to the forum, the sharing of logins between the forum and the download section had maybe some problems at this time, i'll try to reregister... Even if you are logged into the forum you have to relog into the downloads section to access the files to bedownloaded.
