Guest netrix Posted April 25, 2006 Share Posted April 25, 2006 I can not for the life of me figure out why the stock level for my products is not being de-incremented when an order is placed. If I edit the individual item both "Stock Level" and "Use Stock Level" are set. In addition in the administration section under "General Settings" I have "Show Stock Level" set to Yes and "Allow out of stock purchases" set to no. When I place the order it goes under orders as pending which I have changed over to "Completed" for good measure. Am I missing something? EDIT: Might have just fixed it, you have to use the complete order status options, (pending, processing & completed) in admin, don't just jump from pending to complete. Seems to do the trick.
