version 3.1.0

Recommended Posts

From what I can make out, but this has to be confirmed, the core of the program is the same, so any adaptions and skins should work with minor modifications.

If the core was different, logic would dictate that the version would be 4.x

The core is basically the same, but there are many changes and additions in functionality. There will be some minor skin changes to support the new features, but nothing overly complex. However there will be a lot of mods that will not work as written now. All of us mod designers will have to check our stuff against the new release. Thankfully, that's what the beta period is for.

Prior to beta, the alpha release will be tested by a select group of people to help find major bugs and test all the features. Once that is complete, it will go to public beta. In that time, it will NOT be recommended for use in production or live stores. Once the beta is certified gold, it will be available as 3.1.0 Release.

Hope this helps.

Oh, need to add this: Do NOT contact Brooky or any of the moderators about being on the Alpha testing or Beta testing teams. The people for those are/will be chosen by Brooky when the time comes. Begging to be included will probably exclude you!

;)
