When I send out an e-mail with a link in HTML such as this one: /store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=116 When someone receives an HTML message is will arrive this way and work correctly. But when someone is receiving a Plain TEXT e-mail, the link will look (and work) like this: /store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=116 The only difference in the e-mail is that when it's a TEXT e-mail, the & near the end of the link will change to & ... of course then the link will not work correctly.
