I am attempting to set up a second one and can't get PayPal to return properly (I get the infamous "order failed" message). I have double checked the set-up using the IPN check list from Marks Carts and everything checks out. The only difference between the two is that the one that works has a "Business" PayPal account and the one that does not has a "Premier" account. Does it actually have to have a Business account?
