Guest
Okay, this is happening on both 3.0.8 and 3.0.10 - if someone uses a zip+4 zipcode or an international zip code with spaces in it, it triggers the "we cannot ship to your country" error message. Just had to tell a customer to delete the +4 part in order to get it to work and I previously had that problem when someone put in a UK zip code with spaces it in. Any suggestions on how to fix it??? For now, I'm going to put a message on the shipping address screen to not enter any that way, but thats a temporary solution.

GeorgeScaife
I'm having the same issues with 3.0.10 - where can I add text tell my customers to NOT use zip+ addresses? We've just started putting our store together and this is my first experience with CC. Everthing has been pretty smooth until this reared its head. Guest
I added it to the registratrion form just under the zip code box which is in cart.php and to the column to the left just under the "Useful Links" box in the cart.tpl template.
