Guest mbrown Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 Hi, Does anyone have any experience using VeriSign with CubeCart. If so I need a little help. Basically, I am unclear on what is required to secure CubeCart transactions using a VeriSign SSL. I generated the CSR and submitted to Verisign to get a trial SSL certificate and followed the installation instructions from Verisign. However, I'm not sure what else I need to do. More specifically, what I need to do about a "Merchant". Is this refering to an Internet Merchant Account, or can it be any credit card merchant account? Also, what is the "Partner" for? Do I need to get the latest CubeCart update, which I notice has some kind of VeriSign bug fix? Should I try to avoid using VeriSign and go with a simpler gateway option?
