ccNow "Live Test" order problem

I have cubecart 3.0.12 and am using the ccNow payment gateway. I have everything setup as far as I can tell. I sent an order through to test it and it worked just fine. It even showed up as an authorization on my card and I didn't get any errors. Then later that night I got an email from ccNow with the below info:

Subject: Order: XXX-XX-XXXX not processed

------------------------------------------------------------------------

CCNow has received Order Number XXX-XX-XXXX which cannot be processed.

This order has been cancelled.

The customer's credit card was not charged.

The reason for the cancellation is:

This order appears to be a "live test" order. For information on

CCNow's order requirements, and instructions on how to place test orders,

please view the following page location:

http://www.ccnow.com/FAQ.html#livetest.

To our client: If necessary, you can look up order number XXX-XX-XXXX

to see the transaction details. This feature is available on the

Information & Help section of the Client Administration screens.

We called ccNow and they said that they don't have a test mode and that it is a problem with Cubecart. I checked the module in the admin console and I didn't see anything about setting it to be in test mode. Has anybody had this problem or know how to fix it? I've tried googling and searching this forum but I didn't find anything...
