My customer emailed me with this email:

Tried to order 4 books:

Benjamin West and his cat Grimalkin FACE005 ∞ $13.50 $54.00

- Remove Item Subtotal: $54.00

Tax: n/a

Checkout says no shipping setup for United States and won't proceed.

Do you have these in stock and how much will shipping be?

Have you confirmed it by testing the process?

Yes I just tested it again. If you like you can test it too. It will not get past the first screen where you confirm your order

I've changed a test store to US config, and reproduced the message, but not able to get it to work with fiddling with the UPS options.

I've changed the State settings to Georgia, and country to United States. Logged in as a US based customer in my test store. I've entered your "Store Post/Zip Code" into the UPS module, used CP for the packaging, and enabled all the shipping options.

Not a lot of country specific information in there. What else does it check for?

Maybe there is someone more familiar with UPS who can help.
