Upgrade Problem from 3.0.11 to 3.0.12

I upgraded from 3.0.10 to 3.0.11 and everything went ok cpanel said I had 3.0.11

but then I upgraded from 3.0.11 to 3.0.12 and got the error after running upgrade.php (11 to 12)

MySQL Error Occured

1050: Table 'CubeCart_SpamBot' already exists

QUERY = CREATE TABLE `CubeCart_SpamBot` (`uniqueId` varchar(32) NOT NULL, `spamCode` varchar(5) NOT NULL, `userIp` varchar(15) NOT NULL,`time` int(10) NOT NULL default '0', PRIMARY KEY (`uniqueId`), UNIQUE KEY `uniqueId` (`uniqueId`) ) TYPE=MyISAM

I also installed the patch:CC_SecurityUpdate_28thAug06.zip

After uploading the 3.0.12 files and the 3.0.11 to 12 upgrade.php my control panel still say's I have 3.0.11 with upgrade available

Any advice would be appreciated.
