Guest Louisiana Backpacker Posted September 22, 2006 Share Posted September 22, 2006 I've just finished re-uploading CubeCart and installed all the mod's and now I'm getting this cryptic error, Fatal error: Class 'thumbnail' not found in /var/www/domains/webstore.louisianabackpacker.com/docs/webstore/admin/filemanager/upload.php on line 133. I know that there's nothing wrong with the mod installations and if the answer is to delete CubeCart and reload it, I'll definately delete it but I doubt very seriously I'll ever reload it again. If anyone has any idea's on what I need to do to fix this problem, I would appreciate it before I make the decision to start looking at other e-Commerce solutions. I'm very frustrated at the moment as I've been trying to solve a PayPal Pro problem for quite a few days now and with this new error coming up, I've just about had it. Thanks. Guest Louisiana Backpacker Posted September 22, 2006 Share Posted September 22, 2006 These are the lines of code it's having a problem with: $thumb=new thumbnail($savefile); $thumb->size_auto($config['gdmaxImgSize']); $thumb->jpeg_quality($config['gdquality']); $thumb->save($savefile); I tried changing thumbnail to thumb but received an entirely different error so I put it back. I'm assuming that's the correct one. I get the error when I select "upload a new image". I'm able to both upload and/or browse for an image. When I select "upload image", the error appears. I also used picsizer to create a thumb and uploaded both the image into the uploads folder and the thumb into the thumbs folder. When I select "edit product" to complete the process, I receive this error: Fatal error: Class 'thumb' not found in /var/www/domains/webstore.louisianabackpacker.com/docs/webstore/admin/products/index.php on line 215 You'll notice that the error points to an entirely different location. Guest Louisiana Backpacker Posted September 22, 2006 Share Posted September 22, 2006 Just an update: I completely deleted CubeCart, which I'm definately not happy about, and reinstalled it. Right from the start, with a fresh install, I received the same error. Which leads me to the question - How did it work previously? Well, I started with .10 and manually upgraded to .11 and manually upgraded to .12. So I'm reinstalling .11 to see what happens. If this doesn't work, then I'll install .10 and upgrade to .11. I installed .11 and everything works perfectly right out of the box. hi there, i was browsing and found more people with the same problem. and yours is definately the same as mine. and i agree. the problem is version .12. i have 3 stores. one on .10 (perfect) and 2 other running .12 and i cannot edit a product. it is absurd! a moderator has already confirmed the problem as serious: http://www.cubecart.com/site/forums/index....showtopic=21358 hope it is fixed soon.
