Placing a banner between categories and header?

Hello

I've been trying for a few days to create a banner in the same row as a search box between the categories and top header. I have read through the pinned topics but I couldn't find, perhaps there are some which are relevant but I couldn't notice (if that's the case, really sorry).

I have no experience with XML before I install cc. The website before is here.

The most I could get is something like here.

I'm very new and still trying to improve while learning at the same time.
