More option in Order form for single product

Hi all

I need to know how I can use multi orders on single order form(details page)

What I Believe I do have to buy some mod !

Let syas, I have Leather Jacket product no ABC123, and it have 3 Colors & 5 Sizes

I want visitor can place Qty agganist each Color / Size

Like

In above from visito will fill Qty in each box he/she need to buy & all will go to

cart individual (like ABC132 , Red , L Qty 5)
