Newbie Upgrade from 3.10 to 3.12 what next?

Ok.. I have my store up www.level5toys.com, i'm almost ready to go live, but i want to do the upgrade from 3.10 to 3.12 or 3.13.

So i downloaded the folder 3.12 to my computer, unzipped it and then zipped the 3 folders that are in there. Am i right so far?

I then uploaded the 3 zipped folders via FTP to my public_html folder, and then reunzipped the 3 folders in there. Still good?

Now when i got to www.level5toys.com/admin and login i don't see what i need to do?

Please help!! would like to go live this weekend.
