Guest Decker
Check if your username should be configured as '[email protected]' rather than 'phil' for example.

Is your cart 'hosted' on NTL web space or with an actual hosting company? If it's by a hosting company it would be the details for your mail through that. NTL is my ISP and Streamline.net is my host. my host say that i should use my ISPs SMPT , or do u think i should use my POP server supplied by my host

Guest Decker
Have you set up an e-mail account at streamline? Does it work okay with a mail client (not webmail)?
Guest Scorpion
Have you set up an e-mail account at streamline? Does it work okay with a mail client (not webmail)? Dont actually need to set up email account because it auto creates a root user and pass allowing any email address email account works perfectly fine in outlook express
Guest Decker
That's the problem - it's a catch-all email not an actual account, probably why they said use the ISP one :)
