I just upgraded my installation from 3.0.13 to 3.0.14. (My original installation of 3.0.13 was via Fantastico through the web hosting provider.)

Since upgrading I get the following error when I click on "Shipping" (under "Modules") on the Admin screen:

Warning: main(../../../../includes/ini.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/winch3/public_html/cart/admin/modules/shipping/index.php on line 31

Any clue what's going on?

Thanks,

Michael
