Guest BlueTux Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 When you click to step4 (which makes you choose the shipping method) when the page loads the default shipping method the price is not added to the basket total. It isn't until the customer chooses a different shipping method (besides default on page load) that the page refreshes and adds the shipping cost to the basket total. This means a customer can choose the default shipping (no change on shipping page, step 4) and then they will not be charged any shipping. I'm using 3.0.12 and do not know if this has been fixed or not in 3.0.14. Has anyone else seen this problem? The only shipping method we use is UPS so the default is next day air for UPS.
