I have the two points of interest as I'm totally confused as to get this online store going and time's running out. 1) I have set the tax in Admin, no problem there.. but it only has the option to apply the tax to only one country and all of that country's corresponding states/provinces etc.. that's a problem. --How do I have that tax set to everywhere? 2) I don't see any credit card modules for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or general cards at all.. just processors. We will be processing credit cards through the merchant account at the retail store. --How do I have it where online customers enter their credit card info into the corresponding order?? Do I have to go with the print order form only?? I know we could go through Mal's, but our customers may be worried and we don't really want to manage some account to anywhere else anyways. There are soooo many other things we need to keep track of and less log ins all together.. the better.
