Guest 1st4space Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Hi All, I'm a newbie in every sense of the word when it comes to this stuff and tentatively trying to find my feet. I'm the process of populating the shop with products. I need to link to a specs information page on another site. I 've added the link ok in FCKeditor but when I run the program and click the link, a window opens with a 404 error, in the address bar I can see why, I get a completely different address so it isn't finding the page. The link was supposed to be: http://www.intellinote.co.uk/notebook_specs/V-870.htm but when the link is clicked live, the address shown in the address bar is: http://www.1st4space.co.uk/%22http://www.i...s/V-870.htm/%22 I've tried various ways of putting the link in and I get the same result everytime, something changes what I put in to give the resulting address, which ofcourse can't be found.
