Guest TEL
Sorry to have to ask this one, it seems waaay too simple, but not being a code'r I haven't figured this out. About Us | Contact Us | Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions I would like to add some white space between the site doc titles About Us -----|----Contact Us ---- | ------ Privacy Policy----|----Terms & Conditions I had to put in the hyphens to space out the titles, space bar didn't even work for this post, must be something funny with those line bars, don't want hyphens, just white space. <!-- BEGIN: sep --><span class="txtSiteDocs"> | </span><!-- END: sep --> <!-- END: a --> I can see between the <span> tags where it should go, but if I just hit the space bar to add a few spaces, it doesn't do anything to the spacing of the site doc titles. Are there white space tags or something that could be used to create spacing? Any help would be much apreciated... B)
markscarts
Yes, HTML does not recongnize spaces and cariage returns as anything more than a single space. Yes, there is a white space tag, you can use the "non-breaking space"
