Guest ccsoh Posted April 8, 2007 Share Posted April 8, 2007 I have been working on entering my products with images to CC, with no trouble. Today I went to add more, and now the thumb image on the site, or in admin will not show. All that shows up is a box with a red "X". When you open the item, to get more information on it, the picture shows there. I have searched the site for a solution, with no luck. I have tried the ones I did find. I also removed all the mods that I have installed on my CC site, thinking that was maybe the cause of it. If anyone can help me that would be great. Guest ccsoh Posted April 9, 2007 Share Posted April 9, 2007 Thank you for your reply. Yes, permissions are set to 777 for that folder, and all files. I also checked to see if the actual thumb_filename.jpg files were there, and they were.
