Please contact us to see if we can make an alternative arrangement." We're using the "Ship by value" option: From Value To Value Price Shipping 0.00 49.99 $6.00 National 50.00 99.99 $9.00 National 100.00 149.99 $12.00 National Any idea what the problem is?
