Guest offthehook Posted April 30, 2007 Share Posted April 30, 2007 I'm working on a new site where we feel that the products will mostly be bought by business. Therefore in order to generate an invoice acceptable for the Inland Revenue we need to display the VAT / Tax on the whole of the order total, including shipping. Example: Subtotal: £82.50 Shipping: £8.25 VAT: £19.25 Total: £110.00 I can see that calculations are performed in the cart.inc.php and thought it would be a fairly easy one to make but am not too sure how it will work exactly as shipping isn't added until Step 4 and the tax appears to be calculated before then.
