Guest Posted May 7, 2007 Share Posted May 7, 2007 Hello Everyone! I am testing my cart thru various scenarios: I sent an email with downloadable links to my digital products. I then allowed the links to "expire". When I click on those links in the email, the "Sorry..." message comes up in my main page. (That's where I want it to.) However, when I click on "My Accounts", "Order History", "View Orders" - Order, and that link (now expired), The "expire" message comes up in a completely unformatted main page - all the CSS is there, etc but the format is completely screwed up. What template or file do I need to modify so that that message comes up in the Main Page. Like I say, it works for the link in the email but not from the "My Accounts" page.
