I am selling baby and kids clothing and came across a site that has their own affiliate program and was wondering if i could do the same with my cubecart store. If you open your admin panel and look for the section called Modules/Affiliates and click that link, you'll see a list of integration modules that are installed. Another integration module is available on the CubeCart.org site for the Post Affiliate Pro affiliate software. Here are the programs that CubeCart supports "out of the box": http://jam.jrox.com/ http://www.clixgalore.com/ http://www.tradedoubler.com/ http://www.idevdirect.com/ And the program that the free integration module from CubeCart.org supports: http://www.PostAffiliatePro.com/ Take a look at those and pick one that seems good to you.
