I recieved a email from my host today stating that one of my accounts / websites is being used to send spam or phishing emails. They suggested that it sometimes happens with older un update version of third party software. I used cubecart on a few sites, and I was wondering if on the versions listed above its a know problem for accessing the email somehow and sending spam? markscarts Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 Yes. Haven't you seen the many new versions released since 3.0.0, and often due to security patches because of those exact problems? Guest Brivtech Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 Have a look in your .htaccess file - Hosts often use a simple redirect trick to disable sites until they're sorted.
