USPS Error

Hello,

First off when I configured the USPS module I get this error when trying to check out.

USPS ERROR: One of the following variables was empty. service = '', zip_origin = '08832', zip_dest = '18610', size = ''

How would I fix this, and what is causing this error?

Next, it states this :

To get this shipping method to work you must first sign up for an account here http://www.uspswebtools.com/registration/.

I registered and got an email, but I am unsure on how to test if it works or not.

If someone can also elaborate if this will work correctly for me or not. They choose USPS shipping, and then pay for the product via paypal which includes shipping. Then I go to the post office and pay for the shipping there. The account that I had set up doesn't automatically bill me for shipping does it? I rather pay at the post office.

Thanks it fixed the one error .

Now I get this :

Authorization Error connecting to United States Postal Service Server: http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll

Please register at http://www.usps.com/webtools/ and enter the correct username and password in the CubeCart control panel. Please also make sure that USPS has granted your account access to the 'production server'.

Please go back and verify your login information. Remember, you must have your USPS issued username entered and something in the password box.

I did sign up for a USPS Web Tools Account and got an email, but I don't understand what I am suppose to do.
