Problem with Admin Control Panel

I upgraded my server which involved a new box so I backed up a store I was hosting. The store is working well except I need to reinstall the graphics for the items. When I went into my CubeCart control panel it is all messed up. All the access information is missing. How can I fix or replace what is missing? Should I reinstall the store? I have the data backed up.
