Admin - permission problem

first i'm sorry for my English

I work over 2 week with the shop without problems. Today i will logged in my admin panel. I'm logged in but many of the admin menuepoints was grey and not selectable.

In PHPMyAdmin i have look the admin entry. the entry has the Superuser == 1 entry.

Hmmmmmm.....

I have make a new user with a password:

echo md5("password");

?>

With this new User i have the same problem.

I don't know what shall i do?

Is the user saved in any other files on the server?

How I can make a new admin with superuser permission?
