Guest gabe2525 Posted August 9, 2007 Share Posted August 9, 2007 Hello, I'm in the process of setting up a CC store and wanted to get the latest upgrade installed before I went any further. CC was installed from Hostgator via Fantastico. I have tried to install the updates numerous times without success. I have changed permissions and deleted the files from the upload files. I'm just out of ideas. I receive many 550 error codes in the transfer log, I'm using SmartFTP for transfers. When the transfer is complete it states that it was successful, but there is no change in the admin, still states update available and shows ver 3.0.15. Has anyone successfully installed the updates on a Hostgator or is there a server conflict? Any ideas appreciated, thanks in advance for your help.
