Guest mxcemel Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 Hi all, don't know where to post my Q , so I post in the general discussion Situation : Store with multiple and only tangible products , each item very limited stock ( max 2-3 ) Payments done 99% with bankwiretransfer ( printorderform gateway) Store is not monitored until 18h00 Problem : Stock level does not decrease until orderstate is manually set to processing or comlete. This causes problms since the product could be out of stock before noon and still be available to purchase Solution? upon checkout the stocklevel must decrease, no matter wich gateway has been choosen ( store offers printorderform and paypal ) , after that, when orderstate is set from pending to processing , completed or uncleared => stocklevel should remane as is declined , fraudulent or cancelled => stocklevel should be stocklevel+ items purchased Can this be modified in CCfiles? and if so what files need to modified? thx in advance for your help and/or responses Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
