Step 3 Error 403 - Forbidden Access

I get an error when I click next step on step 3.

I need to enter my

Database Hostname:

Database Name:

Database Username:

Database Password:

I believe I have them all correct except for the Database Hostname.

I have created a new SQL database and given a user access to it.

my site is www.shopfor.com.au

i put in shopfor.com.au in Database Hosting and still recieve the error. and localhost, and others but the Error still appears.

I've also tried editing the install file and granting 777 permission, when I do this it reverts to a different error at any stage Error 500. I have reverted back.

The ERROR PAGE reads -

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /install/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
