Accept both Protx and off line accounts payments

Dear all

Thank you for looking. This is a last minute attempt in order to save us from hacking the print order form to do what we require.

Our customer need to:

1 ) Accept Credit cards online and this is being handled by Protx VSP Form, so all sorted.

2 ) He would also like for his account holding customers (schools and public institutions) to make the purchase online,and to fill in their account number without having to use a credit/debit/cash card. It's important that the end customer and the site admin gets an initial email telling them that A ) a new order has been placed B ) the payment is by account

The stock level doesn't have to be affected until the order status is changed from pending to completed. the lacking thing with the print order form is the send email at placed order.

We are using CubeCart 3.0.17 for this build and have installed the following mods:

Pro Image manager v1.1 (Estelle)

Product images JavaScript v1.3 (Estelle)

Related Products with Auto Search v1.0 (Estelle)

Quick Checkout v1.5 (CC3)

Bookstore extra fields (CC3)

Category re-order (SW Scripts)

All products view (CC3)

All in one shipping (Estelle)

Any ideas on available mods that would be suitable? Anyone else done this type of modification before? We do have a limited budget to purchase additional mods.
