"Click To Enlarge Photo" Mod Built into V. 3.0.17?

Hi folks,

I saw that the "Click To View Larger Image" mod was built into CC V. 3

But, we are using V. 3 and I do not see the link appearing.

Can someone advise? We only use 1 image in our cart. So, we need the window to automatically open up the actual uploaded full size image of the product.

NOTE: Some of our products may be different sizes, so the window needs to open to the exact image size.

I saw the perfect mod here:

It even shows it in the list of items. The mod is the exact one we need:

But, I do not see this exact mod listed and this is exactly what we need.
