I'm getting the same error. I've tried removing every strange character, to no avail (no '+' in phone number, no '/' in my address, etc.) Any ideas? I am living in The Netherlands and for our country no conties were set-up. Maybe this is for your country also the problem. Go into the admin panel and add the counties for your country. Good luck! Lots of countries would seemingly be affected, but less than "All but USA", as many countries have states defined already. But this does seem to be a serious bug, has it been filed? Kan du förklara stegen Gå till Countries & Zones sen till andra fältet County/State/Zone: Bläddra till flik 6 och där ser du att det inte finns några County/State/Zone i Sweden. Välj Sverige, skriv N/A under Zone och SE som ISO. Short translation Go to Countries & Zones and then second field County/State/Zone. Choose the country that you have problems with and write for example N/A under Zone and your respective landcode (SE for Sweden) I rather want all countries fixed, this is just a temp solution.
