Guest Mister Paul
Hi everybody, I am not sure to post at the right place, but… Well I have customised CC3 for my own purpose (it means that I have hacked the code at different places to reach my goals for my own store). I don't know if I have the right to do that… And now someone would like me to customise his CC3 store. I would be payed for that… Again, I don't know if I have the right to do that… Is there any difference if it is a free version or a registered version ? Thanks for your enlightenment ! ;)
burgensteen
As long as the cubecart copywrite agreement is not broken (you need to leave the cubecart links in place) then you can do what you want to customise the store.
Guest Brivtech
Indeed, you only need to look in the show off section to see some wonderful custom stores. It's actively encouraged.

OK that's clear. And am I the legal owner of my modified code ? Simply, I think I should be the legal owner of my code as long as I don't break the CubeCart copyright link… Am I right ? … and do you know where I can download the CC3 license ? Thank you for your answers ! :(
