CSS Difficulties

Hi Folks, back again.

I somehow broke my css/template file.

My home page looks acceptable however if you go to a category such as mens or womens or any sub category my colums below the flash start mis-behaving. In firefox the whole thing shifts slightly to the right and sqaushes up while in IE7 the menu bar drops down as if the main content box squeezes it down.

if someone would be kind enough to have a look and point me in the write direction here, as im totally confused as to what I've done and i've tried all sorts of resizing and moving bits about to no avail.
