Guest SafariWoman Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/mystore/public_html/classes/gd.inc.php on line 49 I was getting this ofter a new install when I tried to load images. Only selecting to set GD to n/a was I able to upload images but they did not turn into thumbnails or show up on the home page. After many hours of research in here I found the answer but the way it was asked in the original message was not so clear and easy to find. I'm posting for future reference. Although my host insisted they had GD installed I kept bugging them and finally took a look at my control panel server information area under php information. There I did not see GD as a module. Presenting them with this information, then they wrote back they had reinstalled Apache with GD links and now the pictures load and make automatic thumbnails. ;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
