Guest garethford Posted October 15, 2007 Share Posted October 15, 2007 One of the facilities that I used all the time, in order to send out additional information and usernames/passwords, was the comments to customer section that you could check in version 3 and it would append your comments to the pending/completed/etc. email that got sent out to the customer. Although there is a similar looking "customer comments" section in the new v4 software, it doesn't seem to send those comments out to customers. Has this feature been dropped?
