Removing Buttons

Hi,

I am running a new business, and am trying to make my own website with little knowlege.

I am running www.piweighing.com

I dont want to use the site as a store more as a showroom, so I am trying to remove the buy buttons on each listing.

Also on some listings the margins are a bit out, and it looks a bit messy.

I also want the latest products to be on the left under the mailing list.

I am on Skype using name mekotek if anybody could help, or just reply here.

I want to add a logo aswell.

Any help would be really really appreciated.

If need be, I cam pay for any help, I am not sure if its easy work.
