Guest illmedia7
HI Guys, Trying in vain to get google checkout to work with Cubecart V4 When I try to checkout I get this error from google checkout - ''Oops! (Our merchant name) has sent Google a shopping cart with errors in it. We'll contact them to ask that they fix this problem. As this could be a temporary issue, you can go back in your browser to try checking out again. '' I contacted google checkout support, heres what they said - I have looked into this issue, and noticed that you are receiving errors regarding your tax rules. It appears that the XML cart content sent over to us did not contain information about your postal area. If there a setting in your CubeCart account that allows you to specify the country code for your site? If not, you will have to contact your shopping cart provider directly about how to include that information in the XML cart content submitted to us. Currently the XML about tax table sent by your cart looks like: <tax-tables> <alternate-tax-tables> <alternate-tax-table standalone="true" name="rule_1"> <alternate-tax-rules> <alternate-tax-rule> <rate>0.175</rate> <tax-area> </tax-area> </alternate-tax-rule> </alternate-tax-rules> </alternate-tax-table> </alternate-tax-tables> </tax-tables> It's missing the 'postal-area' tag. The XML should look like: <tax-tables> <alternate-tax-tables> <alternate-tax-table standalone="true" name="rule_1"> <alternate-tax-rules> <alternate-tax-rule> <rate>0.175</rate> <tax-area> <postal-area> <country-code>GB</country-code> </postal-area> </tax-area> </alternate-tax-rule> </alternate-tax-rules> </alternate-tax-table> </alternate-tax-tables> </tax-tables> OK so I cannot find a setting for our postal code with cubecart, does anyone know what i need to change? Thanks in advance!!
