Search Box/ Log-in Text Not Showing Correctly On Register Page

Ok, so I removed the language box, made a new box, and put my {Search_Form} in there.I also added some padding to the login-in/register text so it looks right on the header. All the pages look great, until you go to the register page, and it throws the search box back to the top, and the text is out of place. Anyone know how to remedy this? BTW, I'm using the Killer skin, and here's all the code I changed and some screenshots.

Had 3 pictures I was going to attach, but they exceeded the limits, so the one picture is actually 2 pages from my site. HOMEPAGE & REGISTER PAGE.

Also, I have searched. I figured out how to move the search box from the pinned post in skinning and templates forum, but then that left me with my current problem. The register page looks junky??

Know there's a code wiz here that could fix this, easy as pie ;-)

I just did some more searches, and found the answer here

I didn't change the code in BOTH the global. index.tpl & cart.tpl
